How it works…
Step One: Business Deep Dive
It starts with a detailed questionnaire/reflection practice to take a deep look into where you are today: what you love about your business, what you don’t, what has worked in the past and what hasn’t, what your goals are — and the part that is almost always missing — how all of this fits with who you are as an individual, not just another business owner.
Step Two: Kickoff Call
We’ll have a 90-minute kick-off call to dive into where your wheels are spinning right now, where you see yourself going, what you love doing, and what you’d rather never do again — some of this will be a repeat of what you share in your kick-off questionnaire because sometimes, verbal expression is necessary to communicate how you really feel.
Ongoing Calls
We’ll have 60-minute consulting calls (one in your first month and two in the following months for the duration of your program) to keep you accountable to your goals and actions and make sure you aren’t getting stuck.
Ongoing As-Needed Access
You’ll get 1:1 Voxer App (https://www.voxer.com/) access to me within the hours of 10am – 3pm PT Monday through Thursday for anything you need more immediate advice on (you can expect a response within 1-2 hours!).
Here’s how we’ll make it happen:
In our time together, the focus will be on practical advice to get you into action. As important as mindset is, even the best mindset means nothing without data-driven action.
I’ll put your projects into custom step-by-step frameworks that break down exactly what actions you or your team need to take to reach your goals (we’ll tackle no more than 2 projects per month to make sure you aren’t taking on too much or overextending your team).
You’ll get weekly reviews and suggested edits on whatever you’re creating inside your business: everything from lead magnets to blog posts, newsletters, email sequences, sales pages, workbooks, etc, to make sure everything fits with your goals and is prepped and polished before publishing.
I’ll also provide guidance on streamlining and improving the processes, systems, and tech you use inside your business so that it all supports you and runs as smoothly as possible.
Whenever you need it, a reminder of how brilliant and worthy you are! 🙂
